CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. This policy helps me respect your time while also protecting mine.
